Does it cost to join?
No, you are never charged anything for using CreditPrizes. Not even the delivery cost when you earn your prizes!
Do I get a bonus for joining?
Of course you do! - We give you 25 Credits when you create your account!
How old do you have to be to join?
Anybody aged 13 or above is welcome to join the site. You may be asked to verify your age if there is a problem with your account or on prize withdrawal.
What happens with my details?
Your details are never shared with anybody else. They are not stored anywhere other than in your account details, which you are able to change at any time you like. They will only ever be used to contact you regarding your account or prizes you have earnt. Your address is not required until you earn your prize, at which point we will email you after you have requested your prize to verify your address. You are welcome to update this information in your account to make the process quicker, however it is not required.
How can I contact you if I have a problem?
You can contact us at any time by contacting creditprizes@live.co.uk - Emails are answered within 24 hours, every day of the year, however at some times this may exclude sundays and bank holidays.
How long will it take to receive my prize?
We send out prizes every month. This is usually on the last friday of that particular month. If it is a bank holiday weekend, it may be delayed and sent out on the next working day which is not a bank holiday (usually the next tuesday). You must request your prize 48 hours before the required date, otherwise you will be asked to wait until the next prize withdrawal date. Prizes are sent out by Royal Mail recorded delivery and usually arrive in 2-7 working days.
Do you offer a bonus if I get my friends to join?
We certainly do! - We offer 35 Credits for every friend who signs up to the site through your referral link and completes 1 valid offer.
What are 'Star Prizes'?
Star prizes are the 'top' prizes which you can receive after you have collected enough credits. There are always 5 star prizes at any one time and these may change monthly. If you have an idea for a new star prize, feel free to send us an email.
I've completed an offer but my balance hasn't gone up, what should I do?
Do not worry, we update offers within 24 hours so wait until the next day to see your balance increase. If your offer has not been credited within 3 days and you completed it correctly, please contact us and we will look into it for you.
